2. Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a valid credit card
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night's stay
Special event periods may have different cancellation policies

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability
Valid ID and credit card required at check-in

4. Casino Rules

Minimum age requirement: 21 years
Valid ID required for casino entry
Photography and recording devices prohibited
Management reserves the right to refuse entry

5. Activity and Experience Policies

Weather-dependent activities subject to cancellation
Safety briefing attendance mandatory
Waivers required for certain activities
Age and health restrictions may apply

6. Payment and Pricing

All prices in Norwegian Krone (NOK)
Major credit cards accepted
Rates subject to change without notice
Additional taxes and fees may apply

7. Property Rules

Non-smoking property
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pet policy restrictions apply
Damage to property will be charged

8. Liability

Sleroma Casino Hotel Resort is not liable for:

Personal injury during activities
Loss or damage to personal property
Weather-related cancellations
Force majeure events
